Andrews is pleased to welcome Estate No. 6, a new all-day café now open at Cascade Robina.
Located at Cascade’s Cheltenham Drive entrance, Estate No. 6 is led by Jayson Mathiou, founder of Gold Coast coffee company Willy’s Beans and owner of Good Day Specialty Coffee in Tugun.
The café takes its name from the family-run Colombian estate where its coffee beans are grown. Through Willy’s Beans, Jayson works directly with the growers before roasting the beans locally in small batches at Burleigh Heads.
“It’s the whole point of the café. We wanted Robina to have the same connection to the growers that we’ve built at Good Day in Tugun, poured by people who genuinely care about where it comes from,” Jayson said.
Estate No. 6 offers espresso and filter coffee, including rotating single-origin varieties, cold brew and batch brew. Its all-day menu features breakfast and lunch favourites made using quality, locally sourced ingredients, alongside seasonal salads, house-made baked goods, grab-and-go options and protein smoothies.
The opening brings a new café experience to Cascade residents while creating a welcoming destination for the wider Robina community.
Estate No. 6 is open seven days a week from 6am at 6/116 Laver Drive, Robina.
