At Andrews, we believe great design lives in the details. That’s why every residence we deliver from the beachfront calm of Dune, to the wellness-inspired heart of Cascade, and the bold new energy of South Beach, comes with premium finishes and European-made appliances that stand the test of time.
Miele: Where Performance Meets Precision
In every Andrews kitchen, you’ll find Miele appliances, a name synonymous with German engineering, durability, and quiet confidence. Chosen for both function and form, Miele integrates seamlessly into our interiors, offering refined minimalism on the outside and state-of-the-art performance within.
Whether it’s the intuitive cooking systems, engineered cooktops, or whisper-quiet dishwashers, every Miele piece is built to elevate the everyday. Their mantra, Immer Besser (Forever Better), aligns perfectly with our own pursuit of quality that doesn’t compromise.
“Immer Besser is not just a promise, it’s a commitment to better living. That’s why we choose Miele for every Andrews project.” — Andrews Design Team
At Dune: A Coastal Palette with Elevated Touchpoints
At Dune, Main Beach, every full-floor residence is framed by natural finishes, ocean views, and a restrained, luxurious materials palette. Inside the kitchens, Miele ovens, cooktops and rangehoods are paired with silica-free stone, brushed tapware, and subtle lighting that enhances both functionality and form.
These are homes designed for hosting, for slow mornings, and for coming home after a swim with sand between your toes, where the finishes work hard without needing to shout.
At Cascade: Wellness Begins in the Details
At Cascade, Robina, wellness isn’t a feature, it’s a foundation. Here, your kitchen is more than a space to cook. It’s a calm, connected environment where premium appliances support healthier habits, quieter moments, and thoughtful living.
Every home features Miele cooking appliances and dishwashers, integrated into a scheme of travertine-look tiles, timber joinery, and soft, neutral tones. These details aren’t for show, they’re for living. And living well.
Coming Soon: South Beach, Surfers Paradise
Launching soon, South Beach brings something new to the skyline, a bold, vacation-inspired take on Gold Coast living. But behind the confident design is the same Andrews quality our residents know and trust.
South Beach kitchens will be fully appointed with Miele appliances, offering performance and polish for every long lunch, late breakfast, and everything in between. Expect elevated finishes, clean lines, and that signature Andrews sense of calm.
Why It Matters
Choosing premium finishes isn’t just about style. It’s about delivering lasting quality, reducing maintenance, and creating homes that feel as good to live in as they look.
When appliances are made to last, when surfaces are easy to clean, and when lighting is thoughtfully placed, your everyday experience improves subtly, but meaningfully. That’s the philosophy we bring to every project.
Because good design should never end at the brochure.
